This 3-in-1 water beverage filling machine (model: KM) is a medium-scale automatic equipment designed by King Machine Co., Ltd., a professional Chinese manufacturer of beverage packaging machinery. It integrates bottle washing, filling, and capping functions, suitable for processing water, oil, daily chemicals, and other viscous liquids. With a focus on stability and efficiency, it is widely applied in bottling production lines for 3L-10L containers, supporting customization to meet diverse production needs.
The machine supports adjustable bottle specifications, compatible with 3L-10L round or square containers made of PET, glass, or PE. It works with both plastic and metal caps, making it flexible for various packaging needs in water, beverage, and daily chemical industries.
Filling accuracy reaches ±0.5%, ensuring consistent liquid volume in each bottle.
Main materials (SUS304/SUS316L) meet food-grade standards, resistant to corrosion and easy to clean, maintaining hygiene in production.
Equipped with Siemens PLC and touch screen, the machine realizes automatic control of the entire process (washing, filling, capping). Operators can easily adjust parameters (e.g., filling volume, speed) via the interface, reducing manual intervention and improving stability.
The integrated design combines three functions (washing, filling, capping) in one line, saving space and shortening production cycles. The chute lifting structure for packaging containers ensures smooth bottle conveying, suitable for irregular or square bottles.
To form a complete production line, the machine can be paired with the following auxiliary equipment:
RO Water Treatment System: Includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, reverse osmosis (RO) device, UV sterilizer, etc. It removes impurities (mud, organic matter, iron) and adjusts water hardness, ensuring water quality meets drinking standards for pure water or mineral water production.
Blow Molding System: Produces high-quality bottles with precise mouth/thread dimensions, smooth surfaces, and consistent size/weight. Suitable for PET, glass, or PE bottles, ensuring compatibility with the filling machine.
Automatic Labeling Machine: Uses PLC and imported servo motors for precise label positioning (hot melt roll-fed PVC shrink labels, full/half labels). It ensures labels adhere smoothly and maintain shape after shrinkage.
PE Film Packaging Machine: Adopts advanced German technology, suitable for grouping and wrapping bottles (e.g., mineral water, beer) with PE film. Works with a shrink tunnel to achieve tight, neat packaging.
Installation & Training: Engineers can be sent to the customer’s plant for on-site installation and operator training.
