The 19L PLC Water Filling Plant, manufactured by Zhangjiagang King Machine Co., Ltd., is a fully automatic monoblock system for washing, filling, and capping 3-to-5-gallon (11.3L to 18.9L) PET, PC, and PE bottles. The QGF-900 model delivers 900 barrels per hour, serving mineral water, purified water, and distilled water producers. The system uses PLC control with electrical components from Siemens and Omron, and pneumatic circuits from AIRTACT. All product-contact surfaces are SUS304 food-grade stainless steel. The line carries CE and ISO9001:2015 certifications and is suitable for water distribution companies supplying home and office delivery barrels.

The core monoblock integrates internal barrel washing, gravity filling, and snap-cap capping in a single enclosed stainless steel cabinet. Pneumatic lifting handles the heavy 5-gallon barrels through each station. The filling system uses gravity/atmospheric pressure filling with multi-head valves for consistent fill volume.
The barrel external brushing unit uses 13 side brushes and 5 bottom brushes, driven by 0.55kW motor reducers, to remove exterior contaminants before the barrel enters the monoblock.
The high-pressure washing station features 4 cleaning heads and processes up to 900 barrels per hour, with dimensions of 3640×1230×2500mm. It uses heated water and disinfectant solution cycles for interior sanitation.
The cap de-capping machine removes used caps from returned barrels before washing. The cap elevator feeds new sanitized caps to the capping station, maintaining continuous operation.
A leakage checker machine tests filled barrels for seal integrity, and a light checker uses back-illumination to detect particulate contamination inside filled bottles before labeling.
The labeling machine applies shrink-sleeve labels to finished barrels. A cap film shrink machine with adjustable temperature control seals the cap neck. A PLC-controlled barrel stacking machine arranges finished products in 4×4 or 4×5 patterns for storage and transport.
