Multi-Stage Pretreatment

The silica sand filter removes particles larger than 20μm, including sediment, rust, and suspended solids, reducing inlet water turbidity. The active carbon filter adsorbs organic compounds, residual chlorine, pigments, and odors. The sodium ion exchanger (resin softener) removes calcium and magnesium ions to reduce water hardness, preventing scale deposition on RO membranes. The precision (micron) filter captures fine colloidal particles, reducing turbidity to 1 degree before the RO stage.

Reverse Osmosis Core

The RO module uses Hydranautics membranes with imported high-pressure pumps. The system achieves soluble salt rejection of ≥97% and colloid, bacteria, and organic matter rejection of ≥99%. A PLC-controlled interface monitors operating pressure, flow rate, and conductivity. The compact skid structure minimizes installation footprint.

Dual Sterilization

A UV sterilizer neutralizes bacteria that pass the RO membrane, providing primary disinfection. An ozone generator paired with an SUS 316 mixing tower delivers secondary disinfection, addressing residual microorganisms including viruses and chlorine-resistant bacteria.
