Product Characteristics


Pretreatment Stages: Comprehensive Impurity Removal

The plant features a four-stage pretreatment process to prepare raw water for RO filtration, ensuring optimal membrane performance and longevity:


First Stage (Sand Filter): Uses multi-media quartz sand to remove sediment, rust, colloids, and suspended solids larger than 20UM, reducing turbidity and protecting downstream components.

Second Stage (Carbon Filter): Activated carbon adsorbs pigments, odors, chemical residues, and organic compounds, minimizing harmful pollutants like pesticides and reducing residual chlorine.

Third Stage (Resin Softener): Cationic resin removes calcium and magnesium ions, softening water to prevent RO membrane scaling. The system includes automatic backwashing for hassle-free maintenance.

Fourth Stage (Micron Filter): Eliminates fine particles and colloids, ensuring water turbidity is reduced to 1 degree—a critical step for RO membrane efficiency.


RO System Core: High-Purity Filtration

At the heart of the plant is the reverse osmosis system, equipped with imported high-pressure pumps and Hydranautics (USA) membranes. This core delivers a salt rejection rate of 99.5%, effectively removing over 97% of soluble salts and 99% of colloids, microorganisms, and organic matter. The RO system is designed for simplicity, with user-friendly controls that streamline operation, making it suitable for operators with varying expertise levels.


Sterilization Systems: Ensuring Microbial Safety

To guarantee water safety, the plant integrates dual sterilization technologies:

UV Sterilizer: Uses ultraviolet light to eliminate bacteria and pathogens that may bypass the RO membrane, providing an additional layer of purification.

Ozone Sterilizer: Complements UV treatment by neutralizing stubborn microorganisms, ensuring water meets strict drinking and industrial hygiene standards.


Durable Construction
