From Egypt to Thailand – Why This Beverage Investor Chose King Machine
When an Egyptian tea drink manufacturer planned to expand into the Southeast Asian market, Thailand became the strategic location. The entrepreneur had long been eyeing a modern juice bottling solution after years of using second-hand European machines. His target: a high-performance, fully automatic hot filling machine suitable for tea-based beverages in PET bottles.
King Machine Company, first introduced to him at the 2016 Canton Fair, stood out among other international and Chinese suppliers. After revisiting King Machine in 2024 and inspecting its sample projects, he was impressed by the level of engineering, the attention to detail in equipment design, and the customer-centric approach.
The selected solution was a blowing filling capping monoblock machine, integrated with a juice filling line tailored for hot-fill applications. The equipment ensures excellent filling accuracy, bottle integrity, and stable output for up to 12,000 bottles per hour.
Now fully operational, the Thailand-based factory has begun trial production. The investor praised King Machine for delivering European-level quality at a more competitive price point.
