King Machine Company has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a 18,000 BPH Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) filling line for the Rude Boy beverage brand at their Dominican Republic production facility. This major project marks a key milestone in supporting Rude Boy’s expansion and quality beverage output to markets across the Caribbean.
The project included the deployment of a state-of-the-art CSD filling line, featuring advanced automation and hygienic design that ensures stable production of carbonated beverages in glass bottles. King Machine’s team worked closely with local engineers to install, test, and optimize the equipment, delivering a fully operational production line on schedule.
At the heart of the installation was a tailored carbonated soft drink filling line capable of reaching 18,000 bottles per hour, engineered to handle Rude Boy’s unique product specifications while delivering consistent fill accuracy and minimal variation. Additionally, the line featured an integrated CO₂ carbonated mixer to ensure proper carbonation levels for every batch.
