Lavida Winers | New Alcohol Fermented Beverage Filling Line

After the successful operation of the first 20,000BPH alcohol fermented beverage filling line, Lavida Winers is planning a second phase expansion project together with King Machine Company.

The current PET bottle fruit wine filling line has been running continuously every day and supports the growing demand for alcohol fermented beverage products in Uganda.

In March 2026, King Machine’s sales team visited Uganda and met with the owner of Lavida Winers to discuss a new factory expansion plan.

One important upgrade for the existing production line is replacing the current bottle unscrambler with a rotary blow molding machine. This improvement will help increase efficiency, reduce bottle handling steps, and improve production stability.

At the same time, Lavida Winers is planning to add a completely new 20,000BPH alcohol fermented beverage combi line.

King Machine’s alcohol fermented beverage combi line integrates bottle blowing, rinsing, filling, and capping into one machine. Compared with traditional separated equipment, the combi line saves factory space, reduces labor cost, lowers energy consumption, and improves hygiene conditions.

The new alcohol fermented beverage combi line will be used for PET bottle fruit wine, sparkling fermented beverages, and other alcohol fermented beverage products.

With the addition of a new combi line, Lavida Winers will significantly increase production capacity and strengthen its market position in Uganda.
