A Canadian beverage company known for its wide product range approached King Machine Company to design a flexible beverage filling line capable of handling both still and sparkling drinks, including flavored water and fruit juices. King Machine responded with a custom-configured solution: a 3-in-1 monobloc filling machine and a rotary bottle rinser.
The client also invested in King Machine’s full electric PET bottle blowing machine and OPP hot glue labeling machine, helping to create a visually appealing and efficient packaging solution.
With a capacity of up to 12,000 BPH, the line features a PLC touchscreen interface, non-contact liquid level filling valves, and automatic CIP and COP cleaning systems, ensuring both production efficiency and product safety.
Today, the client’s diverse beverage products are available in convenience stores and supermarkets across multiple provinces in China, reflecting the reliability and versatility of King Machine’s production equipment.
