In September 2024, King Machine Company shipped a high-speed 6000BPH edible oil filling and packaging line to a major edible oil bottling facility in Libya. After approximately 40 days of on-site installation and commissioning, the line was officially launched into production in February 2025.
This fully automatic oil production line integrates bottle unscrambling, oil filling, cap sorting and capping, labeling, and end-of-line packing. Equipped with weighing-type filling technology, it ensures high accuracy and consistency—especially crucial in edible oil packaging where volume discrepancies can directly impact customer trust and regulatory compliance.
The Libyan client selected King Machine due to its proven track record in designing high-efficiency, tailor-made production solutions. The line supports various PET bottle sizes and incorporates user-friendly PLC controls for easier operation and maintenance.
