Integrated Carbonation System:

A high-efficiency carbonator uses counter-current gas-liquid mixing (3-6 bar pressure) to dissolve CO₂ uniformly (2.5-4.0 volumes), with in-line sensors monitoring carbonation levels in real time.

Optional nitrogen blanketing reduces dissolved oxygen to <100ppb, critical for preventing oxidation in flavored sodas and electrolyte waters.


Isobaric Filling Technology:
