Product Features


High-Speed Performance: Equipped with servo-driven label feeding and bottle conveying systems, the machine maintains a steady speed of 20,000 BPH without sacrificing accuracy. The label placement deviation is less than ±1mm.

Cold Glue Application: A precision glue roller system applies a uniform layer of cold glue (e.g., starch-based or synthetic adhesives) to labels, ensuring strong bonding to glass. Glue dosage is adjustable to prevent excess or insufficient application.
