Dual-Mode Flowmeter Filling Can Beverage Line in Europe

A European beverage company partnered with King Machine Company to install a fully automated can filling and packaging line that supports both cold filling for carbonated drinks and hot filling for juice products. The line, equipped with a 24-4 flowmeter filling system, has outperformed the contracted speed of 9,000 CPH.

Thanks to its advanced configuration, the can filling line achieves up to:
  • 11,800 CPH for carbonated soft drinks
  • 13,000 CPH for hot-filled juice
Key technologies include:
  • Precision E+H flow meter filling valves for consistent volume control
  • ACM online CO₂ analyzer to maintain optimal carbonation levels
  • ACM Brix detection system for accurate sugar content management

This flexible solution allows the client to easily switch between different product lines while maintaining excellent filling accuracy and production speed. The modular design ensures easy maintenance and adaptability to future product expansions.
