In 2025, King Machine completed the delivery and commissioning of a 12,000 BPH 600ml bottled water production line for a customer located in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia. This turnkey project highlights King Machine’s strong capability in delivering efficient and reliable water bottling solutions.
The project timeline—from installation to full commissioning—took around three months. During this period, King Machine provided full on-site technical support to ensure that every stage of the project progressed smoothly. After successful trial runs and quality verification, the production line officially entered commercial operation.
With the support of this new production line, the customer has launched their bottled water brand “Time”, which is now available on the local market. The stable performance and consistent output of the line have given the customer strong confidence in expanding their business.
A key factor in the success of this project was the close cooperation between King Machine’s engineer and the customer’s team. Our engineer worked diligently on-site, carefully overseeing installation, commissioning, and fine adjustments. At the same time, structured and practical operator training was carried out, enabling local staff to master machine operation and daily maintenance in a short time.
The customer highly appreciated both the technical competence and personal dedication of the King Machine engineer. As a sign of gratitude, the customer held a meeting on the engineer’s last day and gifted a traditional local suit, symbolizing friendship, respect, and trust.
