The Cold Fill Juice Preform Blowing & Labeling Line is an integrated system that combines PET preform blowing, cold filling of juice, and labeling in a single production line. This all-in-one solution is designed for efficiency, reducing the need for multiple standalone machines and minimizing bottle handling. Cold filling (at temperatures below 10°C) preserves the juice’s natural flavor and nutrients, making it ideal for premium and fresh juices.
Integrated Preform Blowing: The line includes a stretch blow molding machine that converts PET preforms into bottles. It uses infrared heating to soften preforms evenly, followed by high-pressure air (30–40 bar) to shape them into bottles of various sizes (200ml to 2L). This ensures consistent bottle thickness and strength.
Cold Filling System: A dedicated cold filling module maintains juice temperatures between 2°C and 10°C during filling, using insulated tanks and chilled conveyors. The filling valves are designed to minimize splashing and ensure accurate fill levels (±0.5%).
Labeling Integration: After filling and capping, bottles pass through a wrap-around labeling machine that applies pressure-sensitive labels. The machine uses servo motors for precise label alignment, even on cold bottles, ensuring strong adhesion.
Energy Efficiency: The blow molding unit uses heat recovery systems to reuse excess energy from the heating elements, reducing overall power consumption by up to 20%. The cold filling system uses efficient refrigeration compressors with variable speed drives.
Quick Changeover: Tool-less adjustments for bottle sizes and label dimensions allow changeovers in 45 minutes or less, improving production flexibility for multiple juice products.
