The PET Bottle Fruit Jam Filling Bottling Machine is a specialized solution for the food processing industry, engineered to handle viscous, particulate-laden products such as strawberry jam, mango preserve, and mixed fruit spreads. Unlike standard liquid fillers, it addresses the unique challenges of thick textures and suspended solids—preventing nozzle clogging and ensuring uniform distribution of fruit pieces.

Performance Features

Viscous Material Handling: Equipped with 4–12 piston-type filling heads (depending on model) with adjustable stroke lengths, designed to handle viscosities up to 50,000 cP. Each head features a large-bore nozzle (12–18mm) to accommodate fruit chunks up to 10mm in diameter, with a reverse-suction mechanism to clear residual product after filling.

Anti-Drip Design: Filling nozzles are fitted with spring-loaded mechanical shut-off valves that activate 0.2 seconds before withdrawal, eliminating trailing drips that could contaminate bottle threads or labels.

Sanitary Design: All product-contact components are made of FDA-approved materials: 316L stainless steel for pistons and nozzles, food-grade silicone for gaskets, and PTFE for seals. The machine’s open-frame structure allows unobstructed access for cleaning, with sloped surfaces to prevent liquid pooling.

Adjustable Filling Volume: Supports precise volume settings from 100ml to 2000ml via a touchscreen interface, with memory storage for 20+ recipes. The system automatically adjusts piston speed based on viscosity—slowing down for thicker jams to avoid air pockets.

High-Speed Operation: Achieves 3,000–5,000 bottles per hour, with a servo-driven conveyor that synchronizes bottle movement with filling cycles. Optional dual-lane configurations boost output to 8,000 BPH for high-demand production lines.

Washing heads

The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel.
Using imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water will be sprayed in a particular angle, can wash any part of the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle.
Bottle clamp and lifting mechanism of sliding sleeve adopts Germany Igus corrosion resistant bearing without maintenance.
Washing part moves by a frame in the transmission system through the gear transmission.

Bottle Cooling System   Spraying cooling machine are developed on base of absorbing advanced technique from home and abroad. With three zones treatment of circulated cooling water and the treatment time can be adjusted according to the user's requirement. The machine can applicable to all types non-carbonated material such as tea, juice, sauce. The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel and can run stably and smoothly.

 

	RO water treatment system We adopt different equipment to produce pure water, mineral water etc. The main equipment of RO Water Treatment Plant are silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, hollow fiber, RO( reverse osmosis), UV sterilizer, precision filter, ozone generator, water tank etc. It can effectively get rid of muddy organic matter, iron, manganese etc, reduce the hardness of the water to make all specifications of the water quality fully meet the state fresh water standard of fresh drink water.
