Viscosity Handling: The line uses positive displacement pumps and heated filling nozzles (adjustable from 30°C to 60°C) to reduce the viscosity of BBQ sauce, allowing smooth flow without clogging. The nozzles have a large diameter (15mm) to accommodate particulates.
Accurate Filling: A servo-controlled piston filling system ensures precise fill volumes, from 100ml to 1L, with an accuracy of ±1%. This is important for maintaining consistent product weights and reducing waste.
No-Drip Design: Filling nozzles are equipped with spring-loaded valves that close quickly after filling, preventing sauce drips on the bottle exterior or conveyor belt.
Secure Capping: A chuck capping system applies screw caps or flip-top lids with adjustable torque, ensuring a tight seal that preserves the sauce’s freshness. It handles caps with diameters from 38mm to 82mm.
Easy Cleaning: The line features a CIP system with high-pressure spray nozzles in the filling area, and parts in contact with the sauce are easily removable for manual cleaning when needed.
