The High-Speed Carbonated Drink Canning Plant is a fully automated solution designed for large-scale production of carbonated beers, soft drinks, and energy drinks in aluminum cans (100ml–500ml). Advanced Carbonation Technology:

Pressure-balanced filling valves (2–6 bar) with CO₂ backflush reduce oxygen ingress (≤0.5ppm), preserving carbonation levels (3.5 volumes) and extending shelf life by 20%.

Servo-driven seaming heads apply 202, 209, and specialty lids with double-seam inspection (thickness ±0.05mm, tightness ≤10μm), achieving 99.99% seal integrity.

High-Speed Performance:

Carbonated Drink Mixing Machine

 After deoxidized by vacuums system, the product water is output through pump and flow meter. After cooled water enters into the carbonation tank through mixing pump and control valve. Before entering into the tank, the mixing liquid is treated with pre-carbonization course. The CO2 content is controlled by flowrate control valve. At the moment the carbonation tank is charged with CO2 counter-pressure gas, and the sparkling water is stored in the bottom of the carbonation tank, and then pumped to the filler.
