The filling system adopts a float-ball cylinder type volumetric filling design, controlled by electronic valves to ensure precision. Filling accuracy is maintained at ±0.5ml per valve (with a maximum deviation of ±1ml across all valves), a critical feature for consistent product quality. The filling volume can be adjusted online without stopping the machine, enhancing operational efficiency.
For hygiene, the equipment is equipped with cleaning cups, enabling CIP (Clean-in-Place) circulation rinsing to meet strict sanitation standards in food and beverage production.
After filling, cans are transferred to the sealing unit via a star wheel conveyor. The sealing mechanism ensures airtight closure, preventing leakage and preserving product freshness.
The integrated capping machine consists of a frame, slideway, capping device, and transmission system. Power is transmitted via a reducer and hollow main shaft to the capping heads. Unlike rotating can designs, this machine uses four small rollers to rotate and press caps onto cans, ensuring stable sealing. Caps are fed into the capping heads via a stirring device and slideway, with synchronized operation to match can conveyance speed.

Can Depalletizer: Automates can arrangement, replacing manual labor to boost efficiency. Equipped with PLC control, photoelectric switches, and over-travel limit switches for stable operation.
Flat Conveyor: Synchronizes with upstream/downstream equipment via a connected control system, preventing can falling, jamming, or blocking. Optional buffer platforms (1-2 minutes capacity) are available.
Carbonated Drink Mixing Machine: Processes product water through vacuum deoxidation, then mixes with cooled water and CO₂. CO₂ content is controlled via flowrate valves, ensuring consistent carbonation levels.
Liquid Level Checker: Identifies and rejects underfilled cans, maintaining product quality standards.
Vacuum Inspector: Operates at 0~150 cans/min, compatible with cans of φ52.5~φ99mm (diameter) and H65~H166mm (height).
Pasteurizer Tunnel: Features a reliable conveying system and flexible temperature control, ideal for aluminum can sterilization.
PE Film Packaging Machine: Adopts advanced German technology for automatic heat shrink wrapping, suitable for cans, bottles, and other beverage containers.
