The filling machine is equipped with high-precision flowmeters installed above each filling valve pipeline, ensuring accurate measurement of the filling process. During the machine design phase, a parameter package is pre-set in the electrical control system for each production capacity, allowing easy configuration and customization.
The filling volume for each valve can be adjusted via the touch screen, with filling accuracy reaching up to 2‰. This ensures consistent and precise filling for every bottle. Additionally, the filling valve operates without contacting the bottle neck, maintaining a clean filling process that prevents any risk of secondary contamination.
The filling valve is controlled by a cylinder, with its opening and closing regulated by a solenoid valve. The filling process begins with rapid filling, followed by a brief pause once a certain volume is reached. After that, the system switches to slow filling, ensuring smooth and precise delivery of the liquid into each bottle.
