Product Characteristics


Washing System

The washing unit features a rotary disk constructed entirely from SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. Equipped with imported high-efficiency spray nozzles, it delivers targeted water jets at optimized angles, thoroughly cleaning every part of the bottle’s inner wall while reducing water waste.

Bottle clamps and lifting mechanisms use Germany Igus corrosion-resistant bearings, eliminating the need for frequent maintenance. The washing process is driven by a gear-transmission system, ensuring stable and precise operation.


Filling Mechanism

Each filling valve is fitted with a high-precision flowmeter, allowing for accurate volume control. Through the touchscreen interface, operators can set filling parameters for different bottle sizes, achieving a filling accuracy of ≤2‰—a critical feature for maintaining product consistency.

The filling process is designed to avoid contact between the valve and bottle neck, preventing secondary contamination. It uses a two-stage filling method: rapid initial filling to save time, followed by slow filling to prevent overflow, ensuring efficiency and precision.


Capping Technology

The capping unit, a highlight of the 3-in-1 machine (washing, filling, capping), adopts advanced Italian AROL capping technology, enhanced by our in-house expertise and collaboration with mechanical engineering experts from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

This design ensures high precision and reliability, directly reducing product defect rates. The capping mechanism operates smoothly, adapting to various neck types as required, and integrates seamlessly with the filling process for uninterrupted production.
