Core Configuration and Functions


Associated Processing Equipment (for Lactobacillus Fermented Milk)


Milk Collecting Tank: Equipped with an inner filter net, it can filter and purify raw milk to remove impurities and dust, ensuring the purity of raw materials entering subsequent processes.


Refrigerator Tank: The shelf life of milk is only 3 hours at normal temperature, while it can be extended to about 7 days at 4°C. This tank effectively prolongs the storage time of milk, reducing waste caused by spoilage.


Fermentation Tank: After the temperature reaches 90°C, it is maintained for 10 minutes, then cooled to 43-45°C. 3% fresh milk with production bacteria is added, and fermentation is carried out at a constant temperature for 3-5 hours. The PH value of fermented milk should be controlled at 3.8-4.15. After fermentation, it is rapidly cooled to below 30°C and slowly blended for mixing.


Cream Separation Tank: With a rotation speed of 1450rpm, it blends for 30 minutes, separates cream at high speed at room temperature, and then the cream is pumped out by a diaphragm pump, facilitating the separation of cream from milk.


Whey Separation Tank: Operating at 36rpm, it blends for 10-20 minutes at 95°C, then cools to 30°C to separate whey from cheese, which is an important step in dairy processing.


Homogenizer: During homogenization, milk undergoes mechanical actions such as high-speed shearing, high-frequency oscillation, cavitation, convective impact, and corresponding thermal effects, resulting in physical and chemical changes and changes in the structural properties of milk macromolecules. The homogenization temperature is about 65°C, and the pressure is 10MPa~20MPa.


CIP Cleaning System

This is a safe and automatic cleaning system that does not require the decomposition of production equipment, making it easily applicable to all food, beverage, and pharmaceutical plants. It not only cleans the machine but also controls microorganisms.

Homogenizer Components


Driving assembly: The housing is made of grey cast iron HT200, and the crankshaft, connecting rod, and gears are made of ductile cast iron.

Plunger: The 4th generation special alloy steel (PH-type).

Check valve: The 4th generation special alloy steel (GrMoFr), which is abrasion-resistant and impact-resistant.

Pump block: 321 stainless steel.

Plunger sealing: X4310 and PP spacer with heat resistance up to 150ºC.
